Collective Duties

Meet regularly to discuss problems, plans, and goals of the Undergraduate Student Government
Ensure all pertinent issues are being addressed by the Undergraduate Student Government through an elected or appointed officer
Communicate and interact with University
organizations and administrators to carry out goals set forth by the Undergraduate Student Government

Main Duties

Act as the internal supervisor of all activities, projects, and initiatives of USG
Work in tandem with the President and Vice President in building organizational culture, tracking job performance, and executing org-wide goals
Act as head of personnel and hold members accountable for office hours, meeting attendance, project evaluations, disciplinary action, and other requirements

Main Duties

Ensure funds under the purview of USG are spent in a legal and responsible manner, working to maximize our potential impact on the student body through our budget
Head the Budget Appropriations Committee and Student Programming Fee Control Board convening in in Spring 2020
Maintain all records of USG accounts for the use of USG members

Main Duties

Oversee promotion of USG and university information
Help appoint Directors and Assistant Directors of
Programming Committees and Production team with the President, Executive Cabinet, and the Advisor(s)
Conduct weekly meetings for the Programming
Department

Communicate and interact with University
organizations and administrators to carry out goals set forth by the Undergraduate Student Government

Main Duties

Facilitate all communication teams, including Creative Services, Digital Strategy, Media, Operations, and Public Relations
Ensure that all teams and groups are compliant with the USG brand identity
Oversee all outreach efforts by USG to the student body and manage external communications

Collective Duties

Communicate and interact with University
organizations and administrators to carry out goals set forth by the Undergraduate Student Government

Main Duties

Be an active advisor throughout the duration of any initiative so as to ensure that the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion are maintained and strengthened
Educate all members of USG on social justice issues at events including, but not limited to, all retreats and at least one USG-wide weekly meeting
Lead and execute any personal advocacy initiatives deemed necessary that are inclusive in nature and contribute to the overarching goals of social justice
Ensure that opportunities to run for USG office and apply for USG positions are available and articulated to all communities on campus
Serve as the chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Council
