The USG Judicial Council, made up of the Chief Justice and four Associate Justices, serves as the Judicial Branch of Undergraduate Student Government. The Council interprets the USG Constitution and bylaws, reviews cases involving actions by other branches, and helps ensure that student government operates fairly and in accordance with its governing documents. The Council also oversees and enforces the policies that guide USG elections each year.
