Judicial Branch

What We Do

The Judicial Branch consists of the USG Judicial Council and the Elections Commission. The Judicial Council, is made up of the Chief Justice and six Associate Justices. The Council serves to discuss and adjudicate all cases where an act by any of the other branches is called into question under USG’s constitution or bylaws. If you’d like to contact the Council, please email usg@usc.edu and if you’re interested in applying, justice positions are appointed nearly each semester.

Elections Commission

The Elections Commission is comprised of 1 chair and 6 comissioners.
